Lab8 items

In the lab

What Andreas Digital Agency has built, is building and is still only testing. Each item carries its real status, the same one shown on the main ADA site.

In short

ADA Lab is a new division, and it has no client software of its own to show yet. We will not invent any. What can be shown is the software ADA runs itself, a client platform delivered by the ADA Web Division, one internal system in development, two concepts and one research project. Open the live ones and judge the work directly.

Live

In daily use. You can open these now.

LiveInternal system

Andreas Digital Agency website platform

ADA's main site is more than pages. It holds the company's public content, a careers database with recruitment review, private document storage and a protected staff area. Administrators sign in with two-step verification, access rules are enforced inside the database, and activity is logged.

Next.js, Supabase

LiveClient platform, built by ADA Web

NUDA Digital Platform

A structured digital home for NUDA, a national debate organisation: tournaments, institutions, rankings, academy content and public resources. It was designed and built by the ADA Web Division, mobile-first, and launched in August 2026. It is listed here because it is a platform with structured records rather than a brochure site.

LiveInternal system

ADA Tech client desk and service records

On the ADA Tech site a client can send a support request, follow a job and open a private handover record of completed work with a record code and a private token.

LiveSmall tools

Planning tools on the ADA sites

Three calculators that run entirely in the visitor's browser and store nothing: the marketing budget planner, the ten-question business check, and the build estimator on this site. Each reads its rules from one file, so a price changes in one place.

Status 2 of 4

In development

Being built. Parts work, and parts are planned.

In developmentInternal system

ADA Core

The internal platform being developed to run the operational side of ADA. Its first working modules support website content, careers administration, recruitment review, secure documents, administrator sign-in and audit logging. The longer plan includes clients, leads, consultations, projects, support and reporting. Bookkeeping stays in a separate accounting package rather than being rebuilt.

In development through 2026

Concepts

Ideas being examined. Nothing has been launched.

ConceptProduct idea

Rundu mobility platform

A concept for ride requests that stay useful where mobile data is unreliable: a normal online experience when there is a connection, and a simplified request that is collected first and sent when a channel is available. Routing, payments, safety and regulation would all have to be worked out first. It is not a launched service.

Concept stage

ConceptProduct idea

Local artists music platform

A concept for emerging artists to register, build a public profile and publish their music in one searchable place. Rights, storage, moderation and how it would earn money are still to be designed.

Research

Experiments we learn from. Not products.

ResearchExperiment

Ghost personal assistant

An experiment with an assistant that combines memory, voice, research and automation with knowledge of a company's own context. It is research, not a product. Its use to ADA so far is in learning how such tools could support real work.

Research and development

Plainly

What this proves, and what it does not

  • It shows that ADA builds and runs systems with logins, protected records and audit logs, and uses them every day.
  • It shows a platform delivered to a client organisation and still live.
  • It does not show a list of ADA Lab client systems, because there is not one yet.
  • That is why the first step is small and fixed-price: a scope for nothing, a prototype for N$3,999.99, or one small system from N$2,499.99. You judge us on your own project.

How a build runs

Describe the problem. We will send back a scope.

Say what is slowing the work down and who is affected. You get a one-page scope in plain words: what would be built first, how long it takes and what it costs. It is free, and you owe nothing if you do not go ahead.
