Automation
If a person does the same thing the same way every day, a computer can probably do it, and that person can do something that needs a person.
ADA Lab automates repeated office work, from N$2,499.99 for one job. Typical cases: a form that writes into your records and notifies the right person, a reminder sent before every appointment, an invoice created when a job is marked done, a report built and emailed every Monday. Every automation keeps a log and alerts you if a run fails.
What is covered
- One repeated job, mapped step by step
- Built on the tools you already use where possible
- A log of every run
- An alert when a run fails

When you need this

- Reminders go out only when someone remembers.
- The same report is rebuilt by hand every week.
- Work waits because an email was not seen.
- Mistakes come from retyping, not from judgement.

Common questions
What should not be automated?
Anything that needs judgement, an apology or a decision about a person. And anything that is done wrongly today: automating a bad process produces mistakes faster.
Will it replace staff?
It replaces tasks, usually the ones people least enjoy. In small organisations the hours saved go into work that was not getting done.
Do you use AI?
Where it clearly helps, such as reading details from a document or sorting incoming messages, and only with a person checking results that matter. Most useful automation is plain rules and does not need it.
What if I already use Zapier, Make or Power Automate?
Good. We can build in those where they fit, and you keep paying them directly. Custom code is for what they cannot reach.
Describe the problem. We will send back a scope.
Say what is slowing the work down and who is affected. You get a one-page scope in plain words: what would be built first, how long it takes and what it costs. It is free, and you owe nothing if you do not go ahead.
