Software built around how your work actually happens.
When spreadsheets, paper and message groups can no longer keep up, we build the system that does. Scoped in writing, fixed in price, shown to you every week, and yours to keep.
Start from what is slowing the work down
You do not need to know what software you want. Start from the problem. Each page lists what to fix yourself, at no cost, before paying anyone.
Our business runs on a spreadsheet that keeps breaking
Several people, one file, and nobody is sure which copy is right.
What to try firstPaperEverything is still on paper
Books, forms and files. Finding one record means finding one person.
What to try firstBookings and ordersBookings and orders get lost in WhatsApp
Messages on three phones, a double booking, and an order nobody saw.
What to try firstReportsI cannot see what is happening in my business
The figures exist, in five places. The answer arrives a month late.
What to try firstBought softwareThe software we bought does not fit how we work
Staff keep a spreadsheet on the side because the system cannot do it.
What to try firstNew ideasI have an app idea and do not know where to start
A good idea, a small budget, and no way to tell if anyone wants it.
What to try firstProblem in, working system out
The same five steps for a small automation and for a system that runs a company. Only the number of weeks changes.
Problem
You tell us what is slow, who is affected and what it costs. We do not start with features.
Scope
One page in plain words: what is built first, the fixed price and the weeks. Free.
Screens
Every screen is drawn and linked. You tap through it before any code is written.
Build and demo
You try the real system every week or two and say what to change.
Launch and handover
Your records are loaded, your people are trained, and the code and accounts are yours.
What an estimate looks like
This one was produced by the estimator on this site: a booking system for a team of 6 to 20, taking payments online. Yours is worked out from your own answers, then written up as a scope.
Bookings, orders or stock system
6 to 20 people. Take payments online.
What the first version does
- Customers or staff place bookings or orders from a phone
- A calendar or stock list that updates itself
- Confirmation messages by email
- A staff screen to approve, change and cancel
- Daily and monthly totals
- Take payments online
What it costs, and when you pay
N$19,799.99 to N$26,749.99fixed in writing after the scope
- To start
- N$5,940 When you approve the written scope
- Working version
- N$7,920 When you have tried it yourself on your own phone or computer
- Launch
- N$5,940 When it is live and your people have been shown how to use it
Stage amounts are worked out on the lower figure, to the nearest dollar.
How long, and what happens when
5 to 8 weeksfrom an approved scope to launch
- Weeks 1 and 2Scope and specification
Who uses it, what each person may do, what is stored and what the reports show. In writing.
- Week 3Clickable screens
Every screen drawn and linked, so you can tap through it before it is built.
- Weeks 4 to 6Build, with a demo every two weeks
You try the real system every second week and say what to change.
- Weeks 7 and 8Test, launch and training
Your people use it with real records. We fix what they find, switch it on and train them.
- After launchFixes at no charge
30 days of fixes for anything that does not work as the scope says.
What it costs to keep running
The code, the data and the accounts are yours once the last stage is paid.
What every system is made of
Software sounds mysterious until you see that nearly all of it has the same five parts. The scope describes each one for your case.
- PeopleWho uses it, and what each one may do
- ScreensWhat they see and fill in, on a phone or computer
- RulesWhat must be approved, checked or worked out
- RecordsWhat is stored, safely, with a history
- ReportsThe totals and lists that come out
What we build
Most clients start with one small system that removes their most expensive daily problem, and add to it once it is in use.
- Business systemsOne place for the records your organisation runs on: clients, jobs, stock, members, learnersFrom N$6,499.99
- Web apps and portalsSoftware your customers, members or staff open in a browser, with their own loginFrom N$12,999.99

Check us first
Software companies ask for trust. These are things you can verify instead.
- Every price and rule is published. You know the cost before you ask.
- The estimator shows the arithmetic. Nothing you type is sent to us.
- The systems ADA runs itself are live. Open them.
- The problem pages tell you what to fix for free before paying us.
- The scope is written so that another developer could quote on it.
- The code, the data and the accounts are in your name.
ADA Lab is a new division
We do not have a list of client systems to show yet, and we will not invent one. The lab page shows the software Andreas Digital Agency runs itself and a client platform built by ADA Web, each with its real status.
That is why the first step is small: a scope for nothing, a prototype for N$3,999.99, or one small system from N$2,499.99. You judge us on your own project, a stage at a time.

ADA Lab has its own website, with prices and a build estimator
The software division of Andreas Digital Agency now has its own site. It publishes fixed prices for software, and a free estimator turns a project into a price range and a timetable.

What does custom software cost?
How do I know I will get what I paid for?
You approve a written scope before paying anything. You see drawings of every screen before code is written. You try the real system every week or two. And you pay in three stages, each tied to something you can see. How a build runs.
Do I really need custom software?
Often not. A tidier spreadsheet, a setting switched on or a ready-made product solves many problems. Every problem page starts with what to try for free, and build or buy helps you decide.
Who owns the software?
You do. Once the last stage is paid, the code, the data and the accounts it runs on are in your organisation's name. What to check in any agreement.
Will it work on our phones and our network?
Every screen is designed for an ordinary Android phone first. If your staff work where the signal drops, working offline can be built in from the start. How that works.
Do you work with organisations outside Rundu?
Yes. Scoping, demos and handover are done online, so we work with clients anywhere in Namibia and in other countries. First meetings in Rundu can be in person.
Describe the problem. We will send back a scope.
Say what is slowing the work down and who is affected. You get a one-page scope in plain words: what would be built first, how long it takes and what it costs. It is free, and you owe nothing if you do not go ahead.
