Web apps and portals
A website tells people about you. A web app lets them do something: book, order, apply, pay, upload, check a balance or follow a request.
A web app is software that runs in a browser, so there is nothing to install. ADA Lab builds booking and ordering systems from N$12,999.99 and customer or member portals from N$19,999.99. People register, log in, see their own records and send requests, while your staff manage everything from one screen. It can be installed on a phone's home screen like an app.

Common questions
What is the difference between a website and a web app?
A website presents information and is the same for everyone. A web app has logins and records, and each person sees their own. If you need a website, ADA Web builds those, from N$1,199.99.
Do my customers have to install anything?
No. They open a link. On most phones they can also add it to the home screen, where it opens like an app.
Is it secure?
Each build uses encrypted connections, passwords that are never stored in readable form, access rules enforced in the database and a log of activity. For systems open to the public we add protection against automated abuse. No honest developer promises that software can never be attacked. We promise it is built and watched with care.
Can it take payments in Namibia?
Yes, through a payment provider that serves Namibian businesses. You need your own merchant account with them, and their fees are paid to them. We confirm which provider suits you during the scope.
Describe the problem. We will send back a scope.
Say what is slowing the work down and who is affected. You get a one-page scope in plain words: what would be built first, how long it takes and what it costs. It is free, and you owe nothing if you do not go ahead.
